- 100 days. These green and white/ cream colored squashes are gorgeous. Has a mild sweet potato like flesh. 10-30 lbs. on paper dates back at least 100 years, but could have been grown for thousands of years in Mesoamerica as it was one of the Hopis earliest crops.
