- 110 Days. Prolific vines produce large squash with blue skin and bright orange flesh. Fine grained and wonderfully sweet and nutty. Very dense and meaty not a ton of seeds. but the seeds are great for roasting. We always have a wide variety of sizes from medium sized to huge. 5-40 lbs. Named after Mrs. Elizabeth Hubbard, who shared the seeds with early settlers. Officially introduced around 1870
