  • 85 days. Highly productive vines are resistant to fusarium wilt. The 20-25 lb round melons have a deep crimson flesh that is crisp juicy and sweet. A dependable commercial variety with good shipping and storage quality. Developed by Charles V. Hall at Kansas State University in the 1960s by crossing miles, peacock, and Charleston gray.
